Unauthorized Product
If the cardholder receives a product that is not authorized on the card, the transaction will still be approved (subject to other controls) and processed as the actual product received. The cardholder is liable for dispensing authorized fuel and therefore the card issuer is liable for the transaction.

Lost Communication
In the event the Host is not available for transaction authorization, a Hand Tag may be completed. All policies regarding Hand Tags apply. A sample of a Hand Tag can be found in your Net Pak.

Unreadable Card
If a card cannot be read by the CFNnet card reader, the card number may be manually entered and sent to the Host for authorization. If this is unsuccessful, a Hand Tag may be completed. All policies regarding Hand Tags apply.

C-Store Product Codes
Remote transaction requests with cards authorized for all products including C-Store product codes (10, 11, and 12) will not be accepted. The Host will authorize C-Store transactions for Domestic customers.

Signed Receipts
CFN recommends that signed receipts be retained for at least 90 days incase of disputes. CFN will not be responsible for any transaction disputes. Any transactional disputes must be resolved between the participants.

CFN is not liable for any damage resulting from
misfueling or utilization of CFNnet sites.
