OPIS Transaction Type Process

OPIS Transaction Type Process follows the following structure below.:

1. Remote transactions get the OPIS price.

2. Foreign transactions only get the OPIS price, if the participant is set up in CFN for priced foreigns.

3. A participant that is not set up for priced foreigns in CFN will get their foreign transactions priced at what their site sends up.  If the site doesn’t send up a price, they will get a 1.00 price in their PT files.

4. Extended Transactions do not get priced by OPIS, they receive the retail rate.
