Premier Site Criteria

 

Criteria Review - CFN will review additional site, product, and service enhancements for inclusion in the program from time to time.  CFN retains the right, at its sole discretion, to modify qualifications for Premier Site or other future site designations.  Any sites not meeting existing criteria are subject to reclassification.

 

Equipment Review - CFN will review additional equipment and site configurations for inclusion in the program that provide the essential controls and performance meeting CFN specifications. 

 

Disputed Sites - Participants are encouraged to notify CFN if products, site attributes or operations change whereby a site would not comply with Premier Site designation criteria.  CFN will research and if the deficiency is verified and not corrected within a reasonable time, the site will be reclassified as a standard network site.

 

Site Designation Changes - Effective date of Premier Site designation will be determined by CFN and not be retroactive.

  

Termination and Revisions - CFN reserves the right to modify, revise or terminate the Premier Site program at its sole discretion.

 

Note:  Site operator is responsible and liable for any disputes resulting from site not meeting Premier Site qualification criteria including misfueling.
