CFN Participants should provide safety training to all of their customers prior to issuing CFN cards. Participants should advise their customers they may be fueling at unattended cardlock sites. Training should include, at the least, training in emergency procedures, emergency equipment location, procedures for safe handling of equipment, and any other training required by federal, state, or local law. Oregon is one state requiring training for commercial accounts. Please familiarize yourself with these requirements.
