This tool allows you to upload your Account Update File from your third party software to the WebNCC..

1. From the WebNCC Home Page select File Transfer. This will display the File Transfer Screen.

2. Select ‘Upload.’

3. Browse to the location of the saved CSU file on your computer.

4. Select the ‘Process File’ button.

Note: For a file layout, click on the name of the file.
