Below you will find the CFN 2002-2003 Winterization Map & Schedule.
The purpose of the Winterization Program is to provide reliable fuels at
the lowest cost to members and cardholders throughout the network.
CFN, through a cooperative effort with GE Betz (formerly BetzDearborn), has facilitated a
program that can offer savings over Diesel #1 blending providing
competitive fueling for cardholders while offering discounts to all
CFN members. All members of CFN who choose to use GE Betz's
INDEX products will receive a 5% national discount in addition to your
normal volume published discounts on all GE Betz products
year round.
In addition to great savings, these additives offer benefits you can market
to your customers. Additives don't reduce the BTU content of fuel like
Diesel #1, which means more available energy in the fuel offering more
horsepower and fuel economy. Unlike Diesel #1, additives can clean
fuel injectors, reduce the moisture in the fuel, help prevent corrosion in
fuel systems, prevent varnishing and other deposits in the fuel delivery
system and preserve the burn properties of the fuel. Additives can also
lubricate fuel injectors and pumps with a single dose, replace 30% #1
blend at a fraction of the cost!
Below is the CFN 2002-2003 Winterization Map & Schedule. To establish the
dollar amount each individual site will be reimbursed this year, please use the
map to determine the zone of the site (or click here for a
Site Listing for the
Winterization Program). The Reimbursement Schedule will give you the
reimbursement for the corresponding zone during the period in question.
Whether you choose to use GE Betz products or some other
winterization alternatives, the Reimbursement Schedule will still reflect
GE Betz product costs.

REIMBURSEMENT SCHEDULE
Determine the coldest zone within a 200 mile radius of your site. Unless you know none of your customers go there, this is the zone you should winterize for.
